Veterans Grant Program

The Western Catskills Community Revitalization Council (WCCRC), which is a not-for-profit Rural Preservation Company in Stamford NY, covering parts of Greene, Delaware, and Schoharie Counties offers many services including senior and disabled apartments, Free HUD Certified Housing and Financial Counseling, and grant funded housing rehabilitation programs. Many of their rehab programs focus on aging in place by installing wheelchair ramps and tub to shower conversions for those having trouble with mobility due to ageing or disability. One such grant they have available right now is for Veterans.
